Patricia Meyer

As Vice President of Administration and Accounting, Ms. Meyer oversees all human resources and accounting services. She directs all cash management, banking relationships, budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, audit coordination and risk management for the company’s headquarters operation, as well as its multi-family and office portfolio of 1.3 million square feet.

Ms. Meyer’s human resources responsibilities include annual contract renewals, employee hiring and training, benefits coordination, workers compensation and continuing education. Prior to joining Enhanced Value Strategies, Inc. in 1998, Ms. Meyer was with Paragon Group for four years where she was Accounts Payable Supervisor for an extensive multi-family portfolio, overseeing its entire accounts payable staff. Her responsibilities included general accounting and partnership tax returns.

Before joining Paragon Group, Ms. Meyer had over ten years of experience as a Senior Tax Accountant preparing corporate tax returns for a Fortune 500 firm. Prior to joining that firm, she was a part of the Tax Department of a large national company where she was responsible for the preparation of corporate tax returns. She is a member of Envison University’s Advisory Board, promoting employee education and professional growth. Ms. Meyer served for many years as a parent volunteer at elementary and middle schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Missouri—St. Louis.
